Maggie is a member of the Executive Management of Copernicus Asset Management SA and is Head of Strategic Investments. Prior to this new role, she was CIO of Copernicus Asset Management. Before joining Copernicus, Maggie was CEO, CIO and Co-Founder of Thalìa SA, which was taken over by Copernicus Group in 2018. Maggie has more than 25 years’ experience in asset management and markets, of which 20 in hedge funds. In 2015, Maggie was celebrated among the “50 Leading Women in Hedge Funds” by the Hedge Fund Journal in association with Ernst and Young and was nominated “Hedge Fund Personality of the year” by the magazine Wealth and Management.

William is a technology entrepreneur who became involved in blockchain in 2012.  In 2014 he Co-Founded, as an educational platform, and as a trading exchange for Bitcoin that targeted Millennials and college students.  William was also instrumental in the design and deployment of the 2nd security token ever created — Science Blockchain (SCI).


William was a Venture Partner, and Advisory Lead for DNA (Distributed Network Advisors). William is also Co-Founder of Theorem Labs, the global leader in ICO community building.

Jonathan is a Senior Partner of Pangea, focused on product development and investments. In 2014 he founded Binary Capital, a 300M early stage venture capital firm based in San Francisco. Previously, Jonathan was managing director at General Catalyst and a Principal at Benchmark. He sourced and led investments in Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, Unikrn and Bitfury, among numerous other consumers and blockchain focused companies.

In 2016, Forbes Magazine named Jonathan to its prestigious Midas Brink List. Prior, Jonathan was an early engineering leader at Google, where he oversaw the company’s global data center infrastructure expansion and R&D efforts. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Sydney and a graduate degree from Stanford University and holds multiple patents in the area of wireless security.

Stephen is a blockchain entrepreneur and leader, who started his first business before graduating high school. Since 2012, Stephen has been involved in cryptocurrencies and the Blockchain.


Stephen is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Theorem Labs, the global leader in ICO community building. Prior to Theorem, Stephen held multiple positions at Science Inc., the well-known incubator in Santa Monica CA (USA).


Additionally, Stephen was formerly Head of Growth at travel app — Untrodden — where he substantially expanded their entire user-base. Stephen was a participant at two StartX companies, the Startup Incubator at Stanford University.  Stephen has a B.S. in Finance from the Tulane A. B. Freeman School of Business.

Jason is a passionate visionary, connector, and problem solver with over 10 years of professional experience across many different industries. A prolific entrepreneur, he is a pioneer and leader in the Blockchain community.


In 2016, Jason founded Carbyne Capital, one of the largest private cryptocurrency mining and trading companies in North America, boasting over $70MM USD of digital assets under management. His work at Carbyne Capital inspired his next venture, Communisea, a global think tank and advisory group comprised of blockchain thought leaders with a desire to change the world.

Jeffrey is a longstanding Wall Street professional with 30 years’ experience as both a distressed debt portfolio manager (Banco Santander and Standard Bank) and, since 2003, as a senior executive in Credit Sales (RBC, Stifel and GMP).


Jeffrey has significant experience as a principal, and as an adviser, in investing across the capital structure in a wide variety of industries.


Jeffrey began his career in 1988 at Drexel Burnham Lambert as an Associate in their M&A Department in New York.
